"This is my first time at this place and what a disappointment. To begin the man that worked on my nails “accidentally” colored my nails a different color than what he had painted my toe nails with. He asked to put the correct color over it but at that point I was ready to head home. Mani and pedí was done poorly. The man did not cut my cuticles on my toes and simply removed the old powder when doing the manicure. I got no massage or lotion which is routine at salons. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend at all!"
"Kevin (Nails Dip Powder), Cindy (Pedicure), and Ryan ensuring I received great service, comfortable and happy. They were all awesome during my visit Thursday evening. They’re very professional, welcoming, communicate very well, understand and deliver exactly what you request as well as make suggestions that will better benefit you. The shop was very clean and comfortable. I’m new to the area and have had a very hard time selecting a new nail shop over the past 8 months always ending in disappointment and have literally driven 1 hour to my previous area to get service like Creative Nails. So glad I stop in this is certainly my new go to."
