"awful experience, they terminated me and it’s been over 2 weeks I’ve been trying to get my packcheck and they keep making excuses on why it’s not on there!"

"This is an experience with online ordering & customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of pants 12/8/23 and ship date isn't until January 19 2024. They showed in stock & direct ship. I however found a pair while on a business trip and realized I ordered the wrong size in that style pants. Contacted customer service and asked that since no items have been picked and packed nor shipping for a month; if I could update my order to exchange for the correct size in that style. I was told I could not and I'd have to wait to receive them. That was okay but once I asked if I could return them to the nearest location (2 hours away) the gentleman said no you cannot but you can call the store to inquire if they will allow online exchanges or returns in their store. Thats kinda ridiculous its taking over a month to get them and can't exchange them in a store. So I'll probably have to wait another month after my month wait to even get my gear/pants. Bad enough having to wait so long to get them to perform our job duties and have uniform pants. Guess I'll have to find a better place to order from!"

"Our whole department had to order new uniforms which was only available through Galls. They failed to inform us that they were going to have a big Black Friday sale in a couple of weeks. When I tried to call and order my uniform on Black Friday I was informed I’d get a call back. I never got a call. Today I was charged with my uniform that I ordered last month. They ran my card but failed to inform me that I wouldn’t be charged until the items were made available. It’s almost like they are a monopoly."

"Couldnt of asked for a better experience. My order was shipped/arrived exactly on time, as well as receiving exactly what I ordered. I was shocked considering other reviews Ive read. I personally would highly recommend this company, as of my first order."

"Placed an order beginning of September ordered 2 pairs mind you they both said they were in stock. Fast forward two months second pair of boots have not showed up called and inquired about order every time I was given a different answer finally decided to switch the brand of boots in hopes they would ship quicker and was told by the associate that they would ship first thing Monday. Fast forward two weeks and boots have still not shipped. Absolutely horrible experience why state an item is in stock when in fact it is not and can’t ship anything in a timely manner"
