"Called before bringing my SUV packed full of donations to make sure someone would help me carry it into the store due to it being about 10 garbage bags full of clothes and large baby items and having a sprained ankle. The lady that answered assured me someone could assist me in carrying the bags of clothes. On arrival, I see an older lady in the donation center and ask if there was anyone able to help me unload and she says "Well how'd it get into your car", with such a sour attitude. I told her if she didn't want to be bothered to help me I would just take it somewhere else. I'm sure Goodwill will make a pretty profit off the amount of clothes and baby items that were donated. This is the second time I've been here and the old ladies that volunteer are just so bitter and rude."
"Great place to get things you need at a fraxtion of the cost! Workers are friendly and always ready to help they even remember you if you visit quit often!! I got nice rug from there that really compliment my home"
