"My mother purchased a picture frame from the Taylor Trunk on Hurstbourne Lane, right before Christmas. She purchased the frame as a Christmas gift, however the frame did not work well in the house. We were planning on returning the frame, however a planned two week trip starting on the 26th delayed us getting back to the store. Mom tried to return the frame for us on January 11, however she was told by the salesperson that Taylor Trunk would not except the frame, and furthermore my mom would not even be allowed store credit. When my mom asked to speak with the manager, the salesperson stated she was the manager and the decision was final. I can understand store policy returns of a reasonable nature, however this was literally just weeks after the initial purchase. My mom is not looking to get something for nothing. She just wanted to return a picture frame. She has shopped at Taylor Trunk for years, spending at least $600.00 just last year on Christmas presents. After this experience, she will never step foot in the store again. Mom's friend who was with her on the 11th also stated she is finished with Taylor Trunk as well. I too will never shop at Taylor Trunk."
"A friend of mine buys over $600 in Christmas gifts every year. She bought me a frame. Unfortunately it did not work in my house. I left for Florida the day after Christmas, my friend tried to return it when I got back in town and she was completely shutdown, no return, no credit. The young female, said she was the Manager was unforgiving, made her feel like an old lady, no compassion, no people skills,"
"Suitcases are nice and seem reasonably priced. One time I went in looking for a thing to wear under my clothes to hold my passport and extra cash in, don’t remember what they’re called. When I expressed doubts about the comfortability of one item, the salesperson (I wish I could remember her name) tried to REACH AROUND MY BODY TO PUT IT ON ME WITHOUT ASKING. It was super uncomfortable and I don’t intend to go back."
