"I wish I could give them 0 stars for poor communication! We visited the store while on a family trip to Kentucky Kingdom in June 26. Several family members purchased items. I purchased 3 pair of shoes and also a hat & jersey for my son whom was with us. It was his 15th birthday. He chose those items to wear to a jersey party he was attending the upcoming weekend. The staff failed to place all of our items in the bag(the Jersey and hat) and unfortunately we did not notice until we made it back to Nashville, TN. It has been a headache ever since trying to have the items shipped to us. I have repeatedly spoken to the manager Terry since the following morning of June 27 and had been getting the run around. He asked me to email the store on July 5, in which I did and still haven’t received my son’s merchandise. I had to purchase another jersey for the party, smh. Although we loved to merchandise in the store we will probably never return nor shop online! Poor communication and lack of customer service! Gina Nashville, TN"

"Worst customer service, he charged me 9.99$ for something that was marked 4.99$. I am never going back thieves!"

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe and noticed within the hour I ordered. Emailed them asking if I could change the size. It took them over 72 hours to reach back out to me to tell me no. They told me they had already shipped which they had not and I have proof of that. Once I showed my proof that they had not shipped they stopped emailing back. I understand they are not returnable but I reached out way before they were even shipped. Never again will I order from them."

"This is one of my favorite athletic shoe stores to shop in located in the Jefferson Mall. I remember purchasing a pair of Russell Westbrook signature Jordan's here and they were only around $60. The shoes held up really well and I made it my business to return to the store to look for other shoe deals. Many people may simply pass the store by because they do not necessarily have the flashy advertising in the windows when compared to JD or Foot Locker. But, for those of us who have experience in shopping here, we already know the deal. I also liked how I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and ask if I needed help. The salesman did not wait for me to start looking around to see if I was simply browsing or not."

"To me no refunds is just a bad way to do business. If I spend money in a store and end up wanting to return one of the items for my money I feel like I should be able to do that. Especially since I didn't wear anything them shirts are still rolled and packaged the way they were given to me yet I can't get my refund."
