"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I turned my vehicle to Cavender back in early December 2023. I am constantly calling for updates because my coordinating agent does not contact me when she says she will. The agent tells me through my insurance company that the parts are on back order and she has no clue when the parts will come in. Now this is not my first accident, I have NEVER had a company tell me that they were clueless about when parts will arrive, worst case scenario, they find other vendors to get parts and keep the customer informed. I waited through the months of December and January until I could no longer wait because it was February! I went to the shop to get my things out of the vehicle only to see it unlocked in the parking lot with a dead battery! That is when I told them that I would take my vehicle back at the end of February if I did not get answers. That is when one of the agents tells me that they have a date when the parts arrive, WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO TELL ME! Finally, 2 days ago, I got a voicemail from my insurance company that my parts arrived, but they have no clue when they will have it ready for me( i have the voice message). Why would my vehicle not have priority when it has been sitting in your parking lot for nearly 3 months? I have never dealt with such poor coordination and lack of competency anywhere, ever. I will continue to write about my experience until they make my vehicle a priority"

"My husbands truck was recently repaired after he met a pole. We were able to drop off the truck off within 3 days of talking to the shop. We were provided updates during each stage of the repair. There was some mistakes made by techs at the shop, but the shop took ownership of same and made it right. Upon delivery, there were a few things that needed to be readdressed! Our service writer, Erica, went above and beyond to pick up my husband’s truck from him at work, fix the issues and return it to him. Thank you to Erica and the team at Cavender’s for caring about their work product and customer service."

"I decided to choose Cavender Collision for my car repairs after I was involved in a minor accident and I was happy with my service and the quality of work when I received my vehicle back! I expected the repair to take a while but I actually had my car back in a week ish! I was shocked! Also I didn't have to worry about anything with the insurance company! Everything was taken care of. A few things I would recommend to improve the customer experience would be to ensure that updates are sent in a timely manner. I had to call constantly to try and get an update on whether parts had arrived and when I could bring my car in to begin the work! Also all of the decals were not installed back onto my car so that was a bit disappointing but not ultimately a deal breaker! Other than that I had a great experience with Cavender Collision as this was my first time having to go through the process of getting my car repaired via insurance!"

"Didn’t paint complete area needing corrected, missing the entire roof edge. Additionally they removed my dome lights from the headliner and didn’t replace them. I am attempting to resolve the issues with them at the moment and will update my progress."
