Classic Collison

"Repair was great,but I can’t justify a better rating. Repair was delayed due to back order on parts, which is understandable. It was also delayed due to change in management, which left my car not being worked on when it only needed a paint job to finish completion. That is pure negligence. This left me paying for a extended rental.First estimated completion date was Dec 10. Final completion date was Jan 24. Forget about status updates as well. I was receiving automated messages till about December 19 or so. Said they would call with updates every so often instead. Didn’t hear from them close to a month. I had to call to get a update."

"Service was mediocre at best. Had to take my car back to address overspray, and to replace a boot under the hood that was not replaced. (Also, had to address a sound that my car was making- which had to do with a strut. Had to leave my car again for 2 days so they could take it to Big O Tire to check on the sound.) The Overspray issue was addressed but, still no boot replaced. Now, after several months, I have been called several times by management of this location, to inquire about a 710.Xx check that I left with the receptionist and a back office employee. The check that was made out to me, has been in their possession since I picked up my vehicle the initial time, as their policy states you have to pay at time that repairs are completed/vehicle is picked up. This business was not my first choice however, the insurance company that was paying my claim was not accepted by my local, preferred body shop. I finally informed management not to contact me about this check ever again, as I am not responsible for their poor record-keeping."

"Terrible job on my car. Door rubs the fender and the inside of my door is coming apart. Either they didn’t know how to disassemble or just lack work ethic. You can take your car anywhere you choose so avoid this location."

Also the girl at the front desk (Jamie) provided some helpful insight with getting my rental car situation right because I was taking the vehicle in during Labor Day weekend. "Everyone can agree that car wrecks are the worse - they’re scary, time consuming, and inconvenient. 410 Collision has taken care of all three of these things and although we had to be patient for our vehicle to come back home, it was worth the wait.
