"They repaired the engine of my 07 Ford F150 truck and a few months later it started to fail. I let Jonathan know the problem and his response was, "I'm very full and I can't check. Days go by and my truck definitely stopped. I had to bring it in with a tow truck." I have been calling him and sending him texts to take responsibility for this poorly done job and he only came once, and he just wants me to wait for him and understand that he cannot take my truck to be checked because he has an inspection where it was changed. It's been more than 7 months and he doesn't answer anymore, he changed his address and I don't know anything, very bad service, he didn't do the work for me for free, they paid 3000 dlls so he's not a good mechanic"

"They have had my SUV for 3 1/2 months, they originally put in a rebuilt transmission with warranty after 1 1/2 mos it gave out, so since the end of Dec it's been wrong transmission sent to them, then again wrong transmission sent, mechanic said that although my vehicle is a 2007 it needs a 2008 transmission, last week he said he'd have it ready this week, but called him twice on Wednesday and today Saturday and left msgs, no return call, after paying $1300 the first time now wants an additional $450, even though it's under warranty. I'm at my wits end."
