"I called to see if they serviced a particular vehicle the man told me to bring it up there, I drove from Grand Prairie to this specific location and got told they don't service my kind of vehicle because it is foreign. Thanks for wasting my gas and time when you need to tell your employees what vehicle you guys service instead of having customers happy and wasting time just to get told no , this is not how you do business."

"My vehicle jerked hard upon leaving a stoplight and got stuck in 3rd gear and a CEL (p0750) appeared for faulty shift solenoids. It had driven perfectly before this. Limped it up to this shop for a diagnostic and after being offered a used trans for half the price I eventually settled on a complete rebuild ($3,101 @ 213k miles)and it took them a little longer to complete than estimated (a total of 15 days from date of drop-off). When I asked what exactly caused this failure and they were unable to provide a solid answer other than "the transmission was old and worn out." I took the car back within 30-days for a recheck. Jump ahead a year+ later the car is still driving good at 240k+. The trans did develop a leak that got worse over time, but nothing extreme. I took the car back for a regular maintenance fluid change and to address the leak (which was allegedly due to some loose trans pan bolts) and was charged $208. This shop has a lot on their plate and they can get backed up pretty quickly so I can understand their hassles. Overall I suppose I'm satisfied. These prices are about what I expected to have paid. I will continue to do future fluid changes myself every 30k using the appropriate ATF and hopefully the car will continue rolling down the road."

"EDIT - leaking fluids now less than a week later. Plan on contacting Eagle for a look to see what's up. Drained/refilled my transmission quickly, at a good price, and no leaks/issues since then. 2012 F150 4x4. Weren't open on the weekend when I called, BUT they called me back within minutes to schedule a Monday morning appt"

"At last! An honest transmission shop. They charged me nothing since the problem did not relate to the transmission. He could have suggested a $5500 rebuild. Instead, he told me that not all transmission problems are such. They involve other components. I highly recommend this shop for this integrity."
