"I would never take another vehicle to this shop. I was very disappointed in the quality of their work although my vehicle stayed in their shop for over four weeks. Plenty of time to do things correctly… Things were out of alignment such as the front door, which was hard to close, along with exterior trim which was bent out of shape and appeared to be super glued on.. The paint job was not good at all. (Orange peel upon inspection.) Upon pick up of the vehicle, it was dirty on the inside with grease stains on the headliner and white dust covering the rear interior. Poor attention to details. Two months later, I returned the vehicle to the dealership for lease return. The dealership reduced my value by $4000.00 for inferior work. Lesson learned. I’ll never take another vehicle to Gerber unless I want inferior work and want to lose a lot of money."

"These guys are so knowledgeable! Just from looking at my hanging bumper, he was able to tell exactly how I was hit. I’m a lucky case, but he was able to 90% fix it by pulling my bumper some and hooking it back in place! Its still slightly loose when pushed, but no one could ever tell. He gave me a plan of action to get it 100% fixed if it bothered me enough. Even if he didn’t fix my car, ,, I would have still given 5 stars for the excellent customer service!"
