"The did and has such a fast and efficient service. They came to me when I was not able to go to them. They checked me out fast with just my license and credit card. When I felt that the car was not compatible with me and I wanted to switch they had a fast service to switch with me. They did great."

"The collision center was very friendly and helpful. every time I called they answered and gave me as much information as they could for the process of my vehicle getting repaired. The only difficulties I had was the time frame given. I was expected to have the vehicle back within 2 weeks, but it took an additional 2 more. Expect the repairs to take a few more weeks than stated. Other than that, they served was great and when I got back the vehicle, it was washed and vacuumed very nicely."

"In March of 2019, we had a minor collision to the front passenger side of the vehicle, we had went through our insurance company and got the necessary repairs and paint done per OEM specification. Fast forward like a year and a half later, the paint had begun to fade on the fender and passenger and driver side. The paint job that was done was lackluster at best. You take your car to a reputable collision center to get the upmost done to your car to OEM specifications and paint. In this case it literally only lasted a year and a half. We had attempted to get these parts repainted under warranty, which honestly was a hassle in itself, plus we weren’t wanting to have the same issue a year and a half down the road, we had went else where and it looks amazing now. I give them 3 stars because they did on up to the mistake and cut us a check for the warranty paint and parts. At the end I would not go back to hacienda for any collision repair or paint whatsoever. "If I can give it negative stars I would and it would just be to much. worst place DONT SEND YOUR VEHICLE THERE. They took almost Two months for my vehicle only to find out 5 minute drive it’s falling apart. I repeat DONT. They always have excuses for everything never own responsibility. I hate when they lie to me about things and didn’t even hide the lie. Example one of the reasons was they were getting it all clean up ready to go and that’s why it wasn’t ready as soon as we open the vehicle I notice the same dust mark of my fingers and a tiny paper that was on the seat when we left it. Worst don’t do it! Take your vehicle somewhere else. 2 months for this so upsetting!!!"
