"I paid for a package around 4 years ago, and this place still faithfully continues to help me with my tattoo removal. I covered more than half of my body in tattoos around 14 years ago, when I was a teenager, mentally not at my best. I hated my body for a long time, and this place has helped me remove most of the tattoos to help me love my body again. My tattoos were all very dark black and will take around 20 sessions to remove. I've done 19 sessions on my neck, and that tattoo is almost invisible. I've done approximately 112 sessions on my body. I've gone to two other places, including Removery, to see how they compared, and I can confidently say that I have gotten the best results here at Sugar Land Laser Tattoo Removal. At other places, I blistered a lot more and was left with permanent scarring. I also didn't see any more removal with their different lasers. In fact, I saw no progress on my neck tattoo from the Removery laser and came back to Sugar Land Laser Tattoo Removal. I'm very grateful for Mitchell and his services at this place. It's worth the wait and worth the money."

"I did this 9 years ago. The guy who was removing it forgot his computer that day made me wait 45 mins for him to go back home. Then he took 2 people infront of me. I drove from baytown bc of his "ratings" I also brought two friends who also paid him for services and one did full body removal. When I asked him why he made me wait and that my time was just as valuable as his. He essentially burns me with the laser. This was my ex husband's name. It now it just looks like a tattoo in white ink. It only looks like a scar now. I'm not impressed with them. I'd also like to add I paid for 6 treatments and was assured it would be removed then I was told at visit 6 I need 6 more. This place is a joke and a con. Don't go here."

"Came here at least 8x hardly ever saw a difference in the treatments. Went to a different location and in 1 single laser treatment I saw more of a difference then I ever did here. You can only wonder why it’s so affordable/cheap to get treatments at sugar land it’s because they DONT SPECIALIZE IN TATTOO REMOVAL TREATMENTS. I seriously doubt that most of the reviews on here of patients actually fully removed their unwanted ink. Also Michell the guy that runs the place is always on his phone. Doesn’t even test the different laser settings with what kind of ink you have so I highly doubt he actually knows what he’s doing. Kinda just does what he wants. He doesn’t burn you, but definitely doesn’t get your ink out for sure. Also you aren’t suppose to go every month for treatments it’s every 6-8 weeks before you can go for another session and that’s to laser away a different spot there’s only so much your body can eat away the ink at a time. I was going every MONTH doing a full laser treatment and getting scarred!! I wasted TIME, MONEY and extraordinary amount of GAS."

"I've had 26 treatments over the course of at least two years, and my tattoo is faded, but still completely there. Appointment times mean nothing, as you will get there early or on time and still wait at least half an hour, if not an entire hour."

"I wanted to leave a positive review but also want to comment on some of the recent negative ones. I've been coming here for tattoo removals for a couple years now. To those unsatisfied with the length of time wouldn't it be better to come longer and not have any skin damage than shorter and not be doing things the right way? I'd much rather a slow and steady process and not have a lot of pigment issues or scarring. Yes it's inconvenient to come for years, but it is also inconvenient for the company to have to give this many laser removals for free (if it's an all inclusive removal package). No one wants to drag this out forever (customer AND business). I've also had another tattoo removed elsewhere and it took 17 sessions. So it isn't unheard of to take a while or a given they aren't doing it right. Is he the best tech and is this the most advanced/newest laser technology out there? I have no idea (Sorry Mitchell. lol), but it seems adequate and my tattoo is slowly fading even if it's taking longer then we thought it would. Someone else said he isn't waiting long enough between sessions (online says 6 weeks, but here they do it 4 weeks. This part is true, but isn't it under the customers power to request a little longer between sessions? I did that for the first year and a half or so and never got any rude or sassy comments about it. Just an ok you're scheduled. So isn't it easy enough to just ask for a date a couple weeks further out? Another person said something about double booking. This is also true but the sessions are so short and mornings are in high demand I can see why he wants to be able to accommodate everyone. You'd be amazed what pushing your appointment back a weekend or playing around with the times can do (even by just 30 minutes or an hour). If everyone wants 8am then try 730am or 10am. It's really easy and works wonders. And by far you wait longer in a doctor office than you do here even if he is late. Lastly, they are not unreachable to make an appointment. I've never had an issue. I call and if no one answers I text. The owner never just ignores me. My question is were these people really rude, repeated no-shows or something along those lines? Always multiple sides to a story. Bottom line is they are super reasonable in price, professional and eventually your tattoo will go away."
