"They did an excellent job on repairing some shoes that I thought about throwing away. I was very pleased with the repair, price, and time I got them back. I would definitely recommend!!"

"It is a 2-person business. We do our best to support local businesses. We've had a purse zipper replaced here; good job on it but they had trouble finding it bc its apparently a very disorganized 'filing' system/operation. This purse is a several hundred dollar purse but the lady assured us there would be no problem and there wasn't, except they spent several minutes frantically rummaging through the whole store trying to find it. we were relieved when they did finally find it. The zipper job was not cheap ($45) and is still good and the purse leather was not damaged. overall here we rate them a 3. I have a very good quality leather made pair of shoes that needed new heels and some glueing between the soles and the tops of both pair. He said he could make the repairs- regarding the heels, no problem; regarding the glueing- big problem. You can't wear the shoes with a job half done. The 'glue' he/ Angel used was inadequate or he failed to apply it or let it set properly. I returned the shoes as he said he would make it good. I called on the agreed upon date to pick them. He had me wait on the phone and returned several times to ask me the shoe ticket number; asked me if i actually brought them to his store; if I had not already picked them up; could he call me back and then that he couldnt find them, but he'll find them-give him a couple of days. Thereafter, i called and as agreed to pick up the shoes but he still couldn't find them nor did he recall our previous long conversation a couple of days previous. We agreed on yet another day and time, upon which i did finally get my shoes; however, they were still in the same condition except for being scuffed as thought they had been worn (?). He may have given them to another customer who may have worn them and/or returned them, because the glueing was worse. in any case, they weren't ready although he said they were, when i returned to pick them up. He said I could leave them and he'd make it good, so i did-reluctantly. When I returned yet again having called first and reminded him of the gluing problem, he said they were ready. When we picked them up, after he was frantically searching throughout his store along with his wife (very sweet nice lady) they were finally located but they were the same, but this time he told me the shoes were originally glued (no disagreement here) and that the best glue available can't keep the sole glued permanently (which we also agreed with), but if you glue them properly in the first place with the proper glue, it'll last years depending on usage and applying the proper glue properly. I buy very good leather dress and comfortable shoes and resole and reheel until they wear out or I donate them; they look still almost brand new. I know it can be done because I've had that done before but by other shoe repairmen. I went here because they were closer and local. Yes, he only charged a few dollars to glue them but he never did glue them or he failed to glue them at all. I've taken the same shoes elsewhere where there has been no problem. I didn't even ask Angel for a refund, but if he knew there was no appropriate glue or he couldn't access it or he couldn't do the glueing why charge me for also doing the new heels?! He said he understood what i wanted and he agreed he could and would do the complete job, then why tell me you can do the job and charge me when you can't do the proper glueing that is required for the complete job for suitable wearing? And yes I read that their prices may be better, but you can decide what you want to do. For this job, this is generously at best a 1; plus the 3 above = 4, divided by the 2 jobs, it is a 2 overall."

"Nice People, even offered service recovery! But not reliable, if you are in a time crunch and you all agree on a pick up date this may not be the place for you. I even gave them an extra day and they never touched my shoes, a simple heel replacement and they couldn't."

"I wish I could post this and not give this place any stars. I will never visit them again. I took a pair of boots and a pair of pumps. The boots needed taps, heels, and to be shined. The pumps needed taps and heels. I dropped them off on a Wednesday and they assured me that both pairs would be ready on Friday at 12 noon. When I went to pick the shoes up the boots were not ready at all and the pumps had no taps. I left both pairs of shoes there for them to complete the work for an additional five days. When I came to claim both pairs of shoes the boots were not shined and had no taps but the pumps appeared to be ready. I paid for the services received, voiced my concerns with their lack of customer service and left. Today, I'm left with a pair of boots that still needs taps and shining and now the heel on my pumps has shifted after wearing them only 2 times. Needless to say I'll never return to this place"
