"I am writing this review about Nina Kauffman. Take the other reviews advice about her canceling day of, because she IS NOT reliable. I had a friend visit me, drive 6 HOURS to get her tattoo done by Nina. She cancelled a couple hours prior to her appointment, claiming her back was sprained. Then proceeded to post all over Instagram and a picture of a tattoo she did the day she cancelled on my friend AND now won't even respond to her emails or Instagram DM's.... completely unprofessional and unreliable."
"Since this place opened, I’ve gotten all my tattoos here! Both artists are extremely talented and friendly and truly make the environment so clean and comfortable. I truly feel cared for as a client and absolutely love all the tattoos that I have gotten here. Attached are some manga panels I got done by Nina that I am amazed by and lucky to have on me!"
"I hate to give this review but Nina cancelled my appointment extremely unprofessionally without reaching out or any kind of notice, only via a calendar notification. I love the style of her tattoos and the shop seemed nice but unfortunately I had a bad experience and still have not received any recourse from her despite the appointment being on 8/14."
