"Did an online order and the boy was sweet. One thing i did not appreciate was when i called up there to see if the had something in stock,the woman refused to go look and just said no they didn't. When i told her online said they were in stock,she got an attitude and said that it means my item would be shipped there. Got off the phone and placed an order online and my order was ready in minutes. Shame for being LAZY! Store was dead when i showed up and no exscuse to not check on items when a customer asks. Especially for 1 item. 09/09/23"
"I took my truck to Ace in Pecan to get another key programmed and the process went sideways, it turned into a very big deal, but the owner Chris stepped up and took care of it, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. He has definitely gained a long time customer from me, I would highly recommend doing business there"
