"Veronica is AWESOME! The whole time she was so communicative about what was going to happen. The whole process was explained in detail before and during the piercing. It definitely put us to ease. She was so patient, when my husband tried to hold my 7 month old down she said that wasn't necessary. She made my baby feel safe, happy, and comfortable. I was shocked when my baby didn't seem to mind the actual piercing. I was expecting a big cry, but the numbing cream worked great and her process during made my baby be calm. Overall, I can't recommend Veronica enough. Patient, precise, professional, calm, demeanor. Do not look any further, make your appointment you will not be disappointed."
