"Does Chipotle not have a limit on the number of online orders they take at a given time? As I am typing this, I have been here for 30 minutes; there’s two to three dozen people in the dining room waiting for to-go orders; there are at least seven orders sitting on the rack, meaning they look at least that many more orders than people it takes to fill their dining room. To top it all off, they must have their second or third quietest person calling out names. They’re not understaffed; there’s as many people as could possibly fit back there, and they’ve all been lovely. I have nothing to say against the people working …but the manager or owner or whoever is responsible for this “restaurant” not taking too many orders is a moron who should be let go immediately. Just don’t go here at a busy time, I guess."
"This location is the WORST. I have ordered delivery here twice months apart because they got everything wrong the first time. I ordered delivery yesterday and was missing ALL my dips and tortillas. On top of that it was 30 mins later than when it was supposed to be because the driver said they ran out of chicken and rice. Additionally the chips were so stale tasted like they were months old. Also if you order through the app itself and something is wrong with your order. You can pick up all your missing items. If I chose DELIVERY as my option what would make you think I could pick up my missing items. I work in the hospital and to not have my lunch during a 12 hr shift is insane. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY from this location. You will be missing items and it will be a hot mess"
"Came here for dinner only to wait because they didn't have food ready, the service wasn't good a bunch of young girls working who don't even know how to greet customers properly. Had to wait on rice, beans etc. Do they not have someone looking at keeping these ready? Customers should not have to be waiting for you to finish cooking items. Also when I did finally get to eat it, there was no flavor at all. Never again will I come here."
"I placed an order for delivery, won’t fault the an actual delivery on the store. But this is unacceptable food. My entire bowl is covered in SPINACH. I did not want spinach, I did not order spinach. There is also no salsa on it, no fajita veggies. Like half of my order is not here. I will never being use this location again."
