"I got 2 piercing done here and had bad experiences both times. My first piercing from here was my septum which was pierced too low and I was told to clean my new piercing with alcohol (NEVER DO THAT). My second piercing was my nostril, they put a 16 gauge hoop in my freshly pierced 20 gauge hole. I don't recommend getting any piercing done here."
"I've had work done by this guys before. I regret going to another shop cause I was in a hurry. Big mistake. I ended going back to Insane and they were able to fix it and they did a GREAT job!! I'll be going back for another soon."
"We get a tattoo in every state we visit. We could not be more pleased with the shop and artists we chose for Texas. Ivan did the woman with perfect line work and giving the dainty, feminine touch the canvas wanted. Rose took her time and made sure my words were in the exact spot to be completely centered. They both made sure we were comfortable before and during the tattoo multiple times. The prices were very fair and the customer service was great. We will be visiting them again when we come back to El Paso. 5 stars for sure."
