"This is a great shop. Very professional setting, good vibes from everyone there, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I personally go to Josh frequently (all my pictures are of his work, IG: jpereztattoos). He's always on time, always ready for whatever you throw at him and always in a good vibe. He's got a light hand and works smoothly and efficiently. I usually make all my appointments on Instagram (monolithtattoo) the shop page has links to all the artists and you can message them there. Make sure you pay for your parking during work day hours. You can pay with coin or pay on the Park 915 app if parking in the street. This location is downtown and that's how parking is. I have children too and I've brought them here when I don't have a sitter and had them wait in the waiting area with their tablet or Nintendo switches, it's that kind of welcoming, clean and professional setting that allows me to feel comfortable doing that. I can't even say that about some pediatricians lol."

"Julio was late for my husbands first session. Even with great aftercare, a bunch of lines just fell off the tattoo essentially. We then scheduled a touch up session( planning around work schedule and traveling from out of town, paying to park etc ) . Julio did not show up to session saying he overslept- we rescheduled for an hour later and he still did not show. Too bad this has to be a reflection on the shop as a whole."
