"I would rate a 0 if i could. I went into the store to buy wrapping paper and tape. The lady rings it up and gives me a look like "are you gonna leave?" . She didn't even bag my items. Then when she bagged my items , she didn't even help as I'm struggling to get it all in the bag. She actually snickered at me. I need to know how to turn poor customer service in. This girl should not have had a job. She also was rude to another customer. The guy ahead of me asked if he could get cash back. She takes the sticky note, puts it in front of his face and said "can you not read?!" ... I was ready to go off on this woman. If you can't work with the public, stay home."
