"Gloria's very good. I told her I just wanted a regular haircut and left a lot to her discretion. It wasn't exactly what I expected when she held up the mirror, but living with it for a day or so I'm actually very happy with the job she did. Maybe more happy than I would have been if I had been more specific about how to cut it. She has an eye for this job, and she's consistent. See my other reviews (particularly my last haircut at a different place) if you're worried I'm too generous. I'm leaving five stars because I mean it."
