"I was in Downtown Houston running errands, but was in need of a haircut. After quickly searching the area via Google, I came across Aware Inc. Barbershop. I called for potential openings and Luther said he was immediately available. I requested a skin fade with beard services. Upon completion, the results were great! Luther was very attentive, friendly, and skilled at his craft. Personally, if I lived closer to the downtown area I'd be happy to stop in weekly. Prices are competitive and service is great, I'd highly recommend. I'm sure I'll be stopping by in the future."

"Got a haircut here last week as a walk-in when my regular barber and most others in the downtown area are closed on Monday. The place is kind of a hole in the wall so its easy to miss as I almost walked right past it, but inside is a very spacious and professional looking barbershop. Being a Monday, I was seated right away as I walked in. There looks to be just two barbers here (brothers), so there may or may not be longer wait times on busier days. My barber (guy in the back room) did an excellent job on my fade and got me looking right for my meeting the next day. Price is steep for a haircut ($45) compared to what I'm used to in midtown ($25), but I guess that's downtown for ya. 5/5, would recommend."
