"I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment tyre rotation & balancing I watched the entire process until he came down to aligning the tyres. Young technician came to advised me about my misaligned tires hence why I here to begin with showed me alignment specs I said ok correct them ten minutes the digital prints were different than before paid for service. As soon as I start driving vehicles is driving the same before I took it in I marked the alignment adjust with a faint marker checked it after I got home and threads were not adjusted. I will coming back tomorrow for a refund"
"I've been a customer for years. I really like the people. I like the warranty. I also really like the national coverage. The appointment experience has also definitely improved over the years. However, they continue to struggle with cross threading the lug nuts on my Subaru. They tell me "it's just the way Subarus are, there's nothing anyone can do." That may be so, but I think I'm going to have to look around before I buy another set of tires for either of my Subarus."
