"I have been looking for a professional, dependable barber for some time. Once I was ready I decided to give house of fades a shot because I read the reviews and was sold by their reviews and ratings. I had just gotten off around 6:15pm and I called and spoke to Juan about possibly being able to get a cut before closing. He told me to come on in and that he would make sure I get taken care of, right away that was a great sign for customer service. I got there and explained the cut I wanted to Juan and he gave me some of his expert advice and got me in with a barber. Diego was my barber and he did an AMAZING job paying attention to every detail and had no problem at all staying 15 minutes past closing time to finish taking care of my cut. I was also really impressed with their shop as it’s super clean, their customer service was great, were very helpful with their advice for my hair type , and great vibes. We conversed like I’ve been a long time client. I was highly satisfied with my cut! They definitely earned my business and my friends and family as well.
