"walk in only and bring cash! I've received good basic scissor cuts from here at a good price BUT they'll charge more if you make an appointment and also if you pay with credit card. It's their business and they can run it how they choose, so I don't hold it against them. As I said, they do good work, just be forewarned to bring cash and be a walk in client if you're on a tight budget."
