"The barber with the beard got coarse with me for walking in to get a haircut despite the "Walk-ins Welcome" sign. He told me "don't do that" and brusquely handed me another barber's card, urging me to call him. It was an off-putting experience so I decided to leave. As I turned to exit, the barber hurried me to call the number on the card; I left and will not be coming back despite being a loyal customer for a year. I do not feel that my patronage is valued at this establishment and I would not recommend this barbershop. Before this experience, Darell cut off half of my eyebrow and gave me an uneven, choppy cut on my last visit. However, I wanted to give Phayes Two another chance because I previously had no problems with the service."
