"So I went to have a logo digitized in two sizes back in May 2023 and requested them to be emailed to me. While there I requested urgent rush embroidery shirts for an event... I got the shirts quickly, and good quality embroidery. I have still never received my digitized files that were paid for in full in may. I have repeatedly called and requested these to be sent to. 5 months later, still no files... I'd love for them to be doing all my uniforms but can't after this experience."
