"This place was the worst experience, I provided them a check with everything being paid for, I was told by Robert that my truck would be good to go in a few hours. I got a call from him and basically told me that they are not going to mount the new tires because my truck was junk basically. They got their money and they bascially denied the service including aglignment, he denied refund and told me to have someone else mount the tires, basically paid for a service that was not done by them and someone else to do it, I did take it somewhere else and he (robert) ended up allowing the alignment after someone else mounted the tires. Please do not come here and avoid dissapointment. Atleast they're happy with the free money they got without providing services. The customer service was the worst! They were so rude to my mother for no reason."

"I called Espinos and the owner answered. He gave me a quote of $700 AND CLARIFIED with taxes included. Since I spoke to the owner I thought I could trust his word so I decided to come in and get them installed. Upon arrival the man working there had a horrible attitude and asked how much they told us it was. He then said that was false and that it’s actually $770 with taxes included. I told him that's not what we were told, but he didn’t care. I try calling the owner since he gave me his number but was rejecting my calls as he was texting the employee. If you know you gave a quote honor that quote instead of hiding like a coward and having your employees do your dirty work. The owner is a liar and a scammer. He is not a man of his word and lacks integrity. It is clear this place is full of greedy people. You can’t grow a business built on lies and scamming people. I for sure will not be coming back and you shouldn’t either. Take your hard earned money to people who have morals."

"Service here is great. They really do a great job of inspecting your vehicle to catch anything that might compromise your vehicle. I was very happy and satisfied in bringing my vehicle to them."

"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We went in for all new tires, had a specific tire/price in mind. The guy at the counter kept telling us this other tire over here is better, (was over $100 more expensive than the original tires, and also this guy was RUDE. had an attitude towards us for no reason. I shouldve left then.) but he continued to tell us it was better than the other one i chose and would last 4 years, x amount of miles, blah blah blah, well, unfortunately I fell for it and went ahead and believed the guy, (I know nothing about this stuff) well, it cost us nearly $700 for small van tires and let me tell you, those things are TERRIBLE. They started going flat just a month after, and they WILL NOT HELP YOU. They will try to make you pay, and I wouldn't spend one more cent at this place. So, they didnt help. Now we're at around the 6 month mark, all 4 are CONSTANTLY GOING FLAT. Again, they WILL NOT HELP you if you go back in about these horrible tires they sell. All I wanted to do was "support a small business", it was a huge mistake."
