"I am just a reference for a friend and Ana has called me to the point of harassment found out she was doing the same thing to his dad. I let her know he had an emergency and she said “we don’t care about emergencies. we are going to pick up” for one she shouldn’t be giving out any information about his account to me or anyone else. I let her know he would be paying on Thursday the past and current week since he was at work and she was giving me attitude and yelling at me on the phone then hung up on me after I told her I was calling corporate. she should be fired that is horrible customer service. "Extremely horrible experience! The "assistant manager" Ana was unprofessional and rude. I have had nothing but problems since coming here. They have the restrooms "out of order" but I always see them going in and out of them so I guess they put it so customers don't use them? Everything is horrible and when you try to ask questions about your payments they give you the run around, honestly glad I'm done with them. I don't recommend their business to anyone, stay away!!"
