I get MVP, and all 3 of workers that have done my hair did amazing job!! I know it's a Chain/Nationwide hair place but, here is truly hidden gem! Plus watching sports, DUDE U CANT GO WRONG!!"

"If I could give it ZERO STARS I would… this place is a JOKE! Jacob the barber at the Wurzbach Pkwy location cut a bald spot in my husbands hair and tried to say that he already had that bald spot. Then he cut his hairline one side more than the other, and he didn’t even apologize or said anything afterwards. We requested a refund but they told us they couldn’t do it so we asked to speak on the phone with the manager by the name of Prici and also couldn’t help us, just told us we had to come back tomorrow for a refund. Never coming back to this or any sports clips."

"The story of Wally P. I walked into sports clips with zero weight on the application and zero wait in the store. I brought my two children with me. One of my children was instantly taken back which is how it should be however there were four people that had checked in online that were not there. Right after me walked in an elderly man by the name of Wally P. Wally P had a 20 minute wait time that eventually turned into an hour and a half because Some of these people eventually showed up. Wally ended up walking out as would any of you. The crazy thing about the entire situation to me is the fact that after I was done being the last person in line even though I was first that Wally‘s name was still on the board after an hour and 22 minutes. I asked the lady at the desk when does this cancel off and she had no idea. I know at least stays on for an hour and a half minimum meaning people like Wally and me with my multiple children are forced to wait hours because someone checks in hours ahead of us but has not shown up. I only felt bad for the old man because I know he sees the injustice in this and honestly will never come back to the store. I know it’s only one customer but in all honesty it’s for because we will also not be back"
