"The location is beautiful. When you walk in you’re greeted right away. Thank you Gabe for the hair cut. The attention to detail and taking me step by step on how my hair is going to look. At the end (if you are of age) of the your cut and style you are given a complimentary drink. You get to relax after you relax lol Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend Scissors & Scotch! "My friend introduced me to this barbershop and I am impressed by the services and vibes of the location. I was recommended Vivian and I love her passion, skills, and personality. She's great at what she does and will explain everything she is doing if you're ever curious. The bonus is having a drink at the bar while you wait or even after your haircut. Ileana at the front bar is super awesome as well. She makes great concoctions and will even research how to make something if she's never made it before. After 2 visits I've decided to get a membership. I'm excited to continue my time here."

"This was my first visit to Scissors & Scotch and it was a great experience! I recently relocated to San Antonio and was looking for a place to get my haircut but that was relaxed and welcoming. S&S fits that bill perfectly. From an easy online booking experience to the smooth check in and fantastic gin and tonic while I waited. Rebecca was my stylist and she did a great job. She listened to what I was looking for, engaged in conversation, and left me looking my best! Already booked my next appointment."

"After reading reviews about the exceptional service I was all in on experiencing it first hand. So I setup an appointment and did the haircut/shave and added on the wax option. 144$ total. I was looking forward to this, it’s been a long week with work and I have a new born so I’m exhausted and just need this to decompress. I show up about 10-15 minutes early and check in and then ask if I can order a drink. She tells me the barber is finishing up on another client and since you can’t take the drink back I can sit and wait and she’ll go to the back and double check on the status of the barber. She completely forgets to check and begins to talk it up with a local at the the bar. 15 minutes later, now 2:35 my appointment was at 2:30 i ask again on the status of potentially getting a drink. She apologizes and says let me go check. She comes back and say the barber is washing the clients hair and should be finishing up any moment. For 150$ plus tip, this is not what you call exceptional service. Thanks for wasting my time and opportunity to decompress."

"This place is great. Always great service and if you sign up and actually use the membership it is worth every penny. I always go to Monica for my hair and she doesn’t miss. Always leave feeling better. Ileana and Brittany are always a good time behind the bar. Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a cut and an hour to unwind."
