Unfortunately, I made the mistake of visiting this barbershop without making a reservation and it left me disappointed. Due to frequent work travels, it is often difficult for me to find places to get a haircut. However, since I was staying nearby, I decided to walk into urban. I provided the manager with a picture of the specific haircut I wanted, inquiring if any of the barbers were capable of replicating it. The manager then directed me to one of the barbers. During the haircut, the barber revealed that he was still an apprentice, despite claiming to have two years of experience, which confused me. After struggling for two and a half hours to achieve the desired fade and getting the help of other barbers to fix my hair, we both decided it was enough. While my hair will eventually grow back, I can't help but imagine the inconvenience if I had an important occasion or was on a time frame. The moral of this story is to ensure that if you decide to try this barbershop, you have a photo of your desired hairstyle and double-check with the manager if their most experienced barber is available. Effective communication is crucial, and barbers should never take on a task they can't handle. I will always value honesty over a gamble."
