"With higher prices you’d expect high quality services but that’s not the case with Henley’s. You’re basically gambling when going here because your stylist may or may not provide you with what you’re looking for. For example, I took my son here to get a haircut for a wedding we were standing in and the pictures provided are the results. The hairstylist completely messed up one side of my son’s hairline near the temple. The two sides look completely different from each other. I am extremely disappointed with the haircut and expected so much more from a stylist with 13 years experience. I’d expect these results from a place that offers cheap & fast haircuts. And when a mistake is made don’t expect someone to tell you about it. They will continue moving forward as if it didn’t happen. I’ve given this place a few chances but after this most recent experience I will never go back. Henley’s Gentleman Grooming is a hit or miss and you can’t trust them to properly execute. A place that charges a higher premium for mediocre results."
