"Pretty basic place for a haircut. I went in looking for a new look. When Meagan asked me what I wanted I told her I fully trusted her experience to recommend a look for me. Instead, she trimmed down the sides and told me to put some gel in my hair afterwards so I could find a style myself. She asked if we could reschedule our appointment because she wanted to go home early, which is understandable from her perspective but poor service for the customer. I had work that day and had to drive about 45 minutes just to see her so I was unable to reschedule. I paid for a hair cut, shampoo, and hot towel treatment combo, but Meagan said she wouldn't do the hot towel treatment due to covid, which concerns me because towel heaters are meant to sterilize towels while heating them. She does have a groupon for discounted services."
