"I get that most barber shops are by appointment only ,but having a sign up that says walk ins welcome and being told that they would cut my 6 yr olds hair in 40 mins. Then coming back an 1hour later and telling me it would be at least 3 hours until we get service was just ridiculous and not professional. No one in their right mind would wait for 5 hours for a hair. To top it all of with and attitude like they were doing me a favor."
"Great location, great looking place, but horrible customer service. I understand that certain barbershops/saloons go by appointments and accept walk-ins after appointments are completed. But to walk in and see two barbers on their phones and for them to tell me as a walk-in that they won't be able to take me for another 2 hours. No, not cool. Then for me to head home and call in an hour and a half to confirm my appointment they told me they didn't have me and wouldn't be able to get to me that day. Do not go here do not give them a try. (Unless you've got an appointment a week in advance)"
