"Pretty standard place, but they are dependable. When using the application or walking in, I usually only have four to seven people ahead of me during the weekends when it first opens. Marta is usually the person I rely on for haircuts, but if she is gone, the other workers do a great job, too. The only way to make it better would be to engage crew in conversation or insight on their work. I have had to request some more trim on the back part of my head, but outside of that, solid service."

"Borderline unethical. I hate leaving negative reviews. First time I visited was actually a really great experience. Second time I visited, the service was okay and the salonist was friendly enough, but apparently they have a charge that they apply to your service if they go over 30 minutes on a cut. I had an MVP cut, and with everything considered defintely went over the 30 minute mark and you're charged extra once it goes over the time. I don't know what type of pacing they expect to be done with a cut and experience like that in less than 30 minutes but that's dishonest and isn't listed anywhere or communicated to you. Pity because it had promise but won't be going back due to this. If a response comes to this message, please do better than "please give us another chance!" Maybe adopt pricing policies that don't require constant forgiveness."
