"Don’t ever get a haircut here, I get more mad the more I think about it. I say nothing off the top and they cut off almost everything from the top. If I say only cut 2 inches then they leave only 2 inches left. They take only 2 minutes and they leave you with a bunch of missed spots. My brother’s be safe out there. This isn’t a barber place, this is where you get basic training haircuts."

"Walked in, wanting my undercut trimmed up. I was initially ignored by the employees, so I walked up to the front counter and asked for a haircut and was immediately told to go next door. I wasn't given the opportunity to describe what I wanted done, but it's a pretty big red flag to be dismissed immediately. I asked, "You won't cut my hair?" and the reply was a clear, "no" and a shake of the head. I walked out and won't be going back. If you want business, at least ask what your client is wanting before you turn them away. And besides, I've gone to a barber for years with everything from long hair to a shaved head and never been turned away. Who knew just the thought of a simple trim was so intimidating?"

"With the premium price of $17.70 for a standard 5 minute military haircut the result is anything but premium. Just go to great clips and save yourself a buck and be able to checkin online. Then when I went to pay they flipped the screen around to add a tip and the precalculated tips ranged from 20%-60%, and the 20% was $4.00 which is about .50 higher than the actual percentage. I would not go back."

"As of 17 DEC 22 a regular haircut is now at $17.70 and style cut is up to $18.85. Hopefully this price stabilizes for a long time in a year underscored by high inflation. The staff is very polite, wait times are short, masks are not required, and overall I would say they do give really good haircuts."
