"Absolute TRASH for insurance. If You are insured with AAA they'll scoop your car up before the police arive (20 minutes)to get rid of evidence. If you are a victim and need to file a claim they take their time and wont call you back. They'll put you in a vehicle thats not equal to yours and skimp on vehicle repairs and cheat you out of your lost wages."

"Don't buy auto insurance with this agency! They lied to me and my husband about our policy! Now they check credit scores, based on your credit score that's how you get your montly bill if is a low score it affects how much you have to pay every month, every month they check your credit score and we never knew about it. However, they never send us a bill. The only thing we had in our mail about AAA insurance is a cancelation policy. Additionally, I've never been able to have my proof of insurance either, even after I waited 3 days making the monthly payment! I constantly asked for my proof of insurance and never got it. Most horrible experience I ever had with this company! Very bad, poor, and unfriendly customer service! I recommend State Farm insurance! They are the best! Friendly and professional! They gave us a great price policy! And I got my proof of insurance the first day!"

"I'm ONLY giving them 2 stars because Maricrus is such an incredible customer service agent. I'd give them 0 if it wasn't for Maricrus' impeccable customer service! She is so dialed in, so kind, so knowledgeable, and I give her 5 stars individually. She deserves it! I'm giving AAA 3 stars, generously because I've been a member for 12-15 years. I'm only giving them 3 stars because my insurance doubled from last year by 50%. 220 dollars a month to 440+ per month for the same coverage! No tickets! No accidents! Completely unacceptable."
