A few days later get a text message saying they have an offer ready. I return expecting an offer and what do I hear? "Oh that's the text we auto send to everybody. She decided not to make an offer." Thanks for wasting my time. Not how you get good reviews, people."
"Twice I went and they weren’t accepting clothes. I should’ve called first. Employee very rude every trip. Quick turnaround from the buyer. She wanted NOTHING. Nice, gently used clothes and a brand new Dooney & Bourke bag. I’m glad this place exists but I’d really like to know what the guidelines are for their buyer."
"I have been to the store multiple times and have purchased items during each visit. Except for my last visit, I waited at the counter with my card out for about 5 - 10 mins while the store associate was behind the two way window/mirror on the phone. As soon as I decided not to purchase and another customer walked up, the associate walked to the cash register and asked her if she would like to make a purchase. The customer said that I was standing there ready to buy first. That is when I told them that I changed my mind. The first few visits were somewhat ackward, I just shook the feeling off. Now I know for certain I will no longer take my business where I am not wanted/needed."
