"I can't speak for the whole shop but who I had my appointment with was Marcie she texted not called but text 30 min prior to my appointment to push the time back. I saw after I was already there and then still waited after the time with no type of communication. Someone called her just for her to call me to tell me she's on my way. If she would have communicated better I would have stayed but I can't have that type of energy in my hair. For a first time client this is not what you expect. Hopefully this is a lesson learned for her."
