"Took a plaque for engraving on Friday. July 27th 2023 . Today is August 9th and it still can not be completed . They took my number to call for anything that changed . Nothing no calls . I offered to pay up front they suggested I wait to this was complete . Calling this morning , they said they wanted my number for a call back early this morning. Called still no return call !!.....called at 3 pm .......they wanted my number to see status of my project ....canceled order !!...going to odessa to get my project completed ! ....look for other engravers that have more professionals in this line of work .....Marcus midland texas"

"Rude. Tried to rush me out. Never returning to do business here. Just trying to buy osha signs that is clearly advertised on fence yet lady on phone said she had to order some. And basically didn’t try to help me at all. Bad business. Bad customer service. So bad I had to stop and write a review. The lady had glasses and office to the right when you enter in."
