"I was in the area on my way home form thanksgiving at my moms and wanted to stop in for some early Christmas shopping. I had a awful time with Sam, she was very pushy and rude. I asked for help looking for a specific band tee and she just pointed to some wall and said ‘over there somewhere’ I understand it was busy but I never was able to find the shirt and asked another worker who helped me find the shirt in like barely a minute. If you hate the job so much find a different place.."
"I left a review and deleted, but after talking to a friend of mine who works at a local hot topic in my area I do feel the need to say this. I had a awful experience this holiday season with Sam. I was look through tops and was repeatedly told that the shirts I liked wouldn’t look good on me because of whatever reason she felt she needed to say, I felt pushed to buy the things she wish me to buy, and just felt uncomfortable around her the whole time and ended up leaving empty handed because of this. I come every year to midland for the holidays and can say with confidence that if Sam is still around, the midland hot topic will not be on my list of stops this next holiday season."
