"I trusted Ana so much that I followed her to this location when she moved. I’ve always been happy. This last haircut was a butcher job and made me look like a cancer patient. I waited past her day off and I returned to show her how bad it looked and asked her to fix it. She refused. She acted as if she could do no wrong. She gave me a partial refund that I didn’t want. I just wanted her to fix what she could at this point. After I left there I called to try and discuss and she hung up on me!"
