"09 /9 /2023) In the 6 years that my son turned, all the time I took my son to get his hair cut at this place but this time it was a totally horrible disaster as they left my son's hair cut. Maybe they need to hire an experienced worker not like the person (Rochelle) who took care of my son.( 10/15/2023)I want to thank stylist Perla for the excellent job she did with my son's haircut today, it was the best. Compared to last month when the stylist (Rochelle) cut my son's hair, it was a total disaster, an experience that no one wants to live, I think. So if you want an excellent haircut for your son, I recommend Perla, Amy, or Lucia, or you will have a bad moment like what happened to me last month with the service of (Rochelle)"
"Very disappointing customer service. We made a reservation for our 2 yr old son. They took some other kid with similar name instead of our son at our appointment time. And then told us that you are 10mins late for the appointment so we can’t accommodate you. If 2 yr olds understood how to be punctual we wouldn’t need to go to a separate hair cut salon for kids."
