"Although services are temporarily limited due to Covid19, the staff was very kind and helpful even though we conducted business by phone. This is not my agent because mine had retired and had been on a different part of town, they still treated me as if I was one of theirs. I was needing to file a claim and by phone while in their parking lot, they guided me and told me exactly what needed to be done. When I do need to get coverage again I'm sure I'll be ringing them up to get a great quote. Like they say you're in good hands with Allstate...and you really are!!
