"I’ve visited this salon a minor of times in the past before. I loved the end result every time, so I decided to book two appointments recently. Emanuel salons always delivers a wonderful service & friendly ambience. I was eager to get my hair cut with Kay-Cie because she’s an amazing stylist & person. Both appointments, she made no effort in cutting my hair, literally I would sit down for 10 minutes & she would finish. Last week she chopped off my sides (left a few spots) & now my hair so uneven. I felt so embarrassed paying & walking out this salon these past two times. I know her quality of work is amazing. Totally disappointed with the results. You just might say, “oh it’ll grow back” but no I wanted a good “haircut” to make me feel happy."
