"We had a scheduled appointment with Julie on 10/17, which required a $10 fee. Upon arrival, we were informed that my daughter needed a haircut, for which we paid an additional $40. However, we were told she couldn’t get her hair highlighted that day and had to wait for another two weeks. For the subsequent appointment, Julie didn’t show up despite our waiting at the salon. She later texted, explaining her child was unwell and asked to reschedule, but failed to inform us beforehand. Next appointment on Saturday 11/4, Julie mentioned water issues at the shop and proposed rescheduling for Monday @ 6pm due to her full-time job constraints. However, when we visited on Saturday, the facility manager confirmed no water problems, indicating Julie flat out lied. Upon researching Bliss Hairs Studio’s ratings, we discovered numerous customers with similar experiences of deception and additional charges. It appears that Bliss Hairs Studio uses Groupon to attract customers and then attempts to profit by adding extra services you don’t need. If you’re tired of this scam, just stop by next door to The Upper Hand & get it done the same day! Pay a bit more but the result is worth it!"

"Julie did an amazing job on my hair!! I have tried out blonde styles on my brown hair multiple times and never liked the outcome much. Julie helped me pick out a pretty blonde color that works with my skin tone and I love how it turned out!! Will definitely be going back for touch ups."

"Well I was a happy customer the first 3 times Julie cut my hair but she changed my appointment to the next day because she forgot about a Doctors appointment. No problem, I understand things come up. I go to the shop the next day and a lady named Maria acted like she didn’t even know I was coming. She explained that Julie wasn’t working that day but she could cut my hair. She did a good job but then when it came time to pay she wanted to charge me double of what Julie charges me. I was very upset and disappointed that Julie acted like she didn’t care about what was happening and didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Needless to say I will never go back and Julie lost a good customer."
