"First time we came there, they turned us down because of no appointment. Second time went there with an appointment of 1:25 for my kid's haircut. Reached there at 1.21 (4 minutes earlier). checked in at the counter and they asked us to wait. Other parents came later at 1:30 and 1:45. hair stylists came from the back and ignore us being there earlier than appointment time and go to the later appointment folks. We walked out. I mentioned that we have been waiting for 20 minutes even with appointment time and no reason to waste anymore time here. Their chairs are kids friendly but I can't deal with wasting time or being ignored. I would definitely try out other kids friendly places over this rude place."
"Kashockie has been my son's stylist for YEARS!!! Edges our son nicely & trims him up nicely. My son won't go with anyone else ♡ she is professional, on time, accommodating and friendly. We drive over half an hour to see her every couple of weeks! Thank you for always taking care of us Kash! ♡"
"The staff here are amazing — they’re gentle and friendly with the kiddos, helping everyone feel comfortable :) The space is clean and welcoming, and they have plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. This was a great first haircut experience for our toddler!!"
