"This is my 2nd visit to Basha since Tanner, the new owner bought it. I can not say enough about Tanner and his amazing knowledge of color products for my stubborn grey hair. Many of my hair stylist have tried “everything” on me and nothing has seemed to work. Tanner is young, full of energy and extremely knowledgeable. He listens to your likes and dislikes and he gives you his ideas on what he thinks will work best for you. The salon itself is beautiful, as he has just finished redoing the inside. If you are looking for a salon or a change in stylist, I highly recommend setting up a consult with Tanner or an appointment."

"I needed my hair done for a wedding. I came in and there was a lady there who walked away and wouldn't talk to us for at least a minute then finally came over. Then we sit down and then a very nice lady comes and washes my hair. I had to lay down to get my hair washed which was very weird but kind of nice. She did a great job washing my hair. Then a lady comes and talks to me about doing my hair and she seemed like she did not want to be there. She spoke to me as little as possible the whole time. And when she curled my hair it looked so bad. So when she brushed it out I was so happy it looked different I wanted to cry. We checked out and left but my hair still didn't look great the curls were very lazily done. Also I went online and booked a specific person who I don't even think was in the salon when I showed up for my appointment. And I was a couple of minutes early. Overall it was too expensive for what you get. Definitely wouldn't go again."

"Every time I come here it's wonderful. The whole team of stylists are so talented. I've had blow outs, semi ups, makeup, and then one special event where my daughter in law, daughter, and myself all had simultaneous appointments. Love the scalp massages too!!!!!"

"My step-daughter and I came in on a promotional offer today for a quick threading, and left very pleased. I've driven by the place several times and noticed how well decorated and attended it seemed and jumped at the opportunity to come in. We got in right away, without an appointment - for threading of brows and upper lip. We were pleasantly greeted and I was offered a glass of wine, which I accepted :). Bushra did a great job on us both and we had some nice banter and conversation and a good time. It was such a nice short and sweet and positive experience. While she was working on my step-daughter I took a look at the price sheet for all of the other services offered - which are very reasonable by the way - and made a mental note that when my two teenage step-daughters need their hair and make-up done for school dances and other events, we will most definitely be back. We had used Sephora in the past but I can tell the level of work itself is much higher and more detailed here and the atmosphere is much calmer, quieter, more spa-like. We had a great time. Highly recommended."
