"This particular location of this company is completely SHAM. I doubt if they do have repeat customers over here. So, I took a 3 month insurance from them and did not want to renew because I was moving out of Texas and they do not provide insurance outside of Texas. I both called in and went to their office to notify them I will not renew (As they had my account information) which they confirmed in affirmative. However, to my surprise, they renewed my insurance for 3 more months. When I again called in to tell them the issue, they said they will cancel it and will refund. The story does not end here. Just for precaution (and for the persistence of my wife) I went to their office and told if they had cancelled, to my shock they said they did not. When I told one of the workers over there, she said she cannot cancel and could not get hold of her boss (Which is a complete lie). Long story short, when I called their corporate office and threatened, they forwarded me to their Carrolton office and was lucky to have that cancelled and refund came my way. Also, the workers at the Denton office is super rude. I would not be surprised if someone creates a huge chaos at their office someday. A complete SCAM place this is. AVOID at all cost. Wish I could give NEGATIVE 10 STARS."

"Worst car insurance ever!!! Save your money and go through someone else cause if you wreck your car, they’ll basically ignore all your calls regarding the wreck. They don’t pay out in a timely manner .. it’s been three months … can’t get ahold of the adjuster even though I keep being told I need to contact her for any of my questions to be answered. The list can go on and on. Don’t waste your time with this insurance, they’re ran by idiots."

"Too high of price and ask for too much information. not even the well known name brand insurance do all this. Plus the two people there, especially the girl acted very snobby and in a rush to open the door so I could leave. I called Baja and they were able to help me tremendously to get connected with the right insurance at a low price!"

"I'm not a huge fan of Fred Loya Insurance in general, but they were very helpful in getting my policy cancelled as quickly and painlessly as possible."
